    Recommend a budget single tuner

    I'm after a budget single tuner. Looking to pay around 60-70 pound. Must be able to use the latest VIX and blue HD skin. Preferably colour black

    That's not much of a budget at all. As @siclian said, go for the Edision OS Mini. It's a great budget box
