Why don't you just talk her through step by step over the phone, this is the easiest method rather than trying to create a settings backup and sending her the USB don't you think?

There not the most tech savvy hence why i look after the box, I've got to go round and was going to take screenshots of my settings and then copy over. Just wondered if there was a way to copy a few files over thats all.

The settings are in the file called "settings" which is located in /etc/enigma2

You will need to edit the file on your sister in law's receiver, but you must first stop enigma2 with the "init 4" command. The relevant lines start with "config.autobouquetsmaker."

Thinking about it I'm on the latest version of VIX but there is box is still running apollo i think as i never got round to upgrading it for them.

For ABM to run properly are there any other files that i should copy over as i dont have time to do a complete flash for them?

You need the latest providers.xml file for channels to be in the correct order, and that file is not compatible with Apollo version of ABM. Reflash with the latest image. Also no feeds for Apollo.
