    Hello,

i have a new satalite box, just got rid of sky

my sky box can get all channels but my new technomate can't seem to pick them up i only get about 500 channels... not sure if it's a box problem or signal. also i live in a small block of flats so it's a shared dish... i've looked everywhere for help but can't find any, if someone could help that would be great thanks

    Hi
Could it be that you see only channels with horizontal polarisation? I had the very same when I installed my box. I have one dish with disequ A/B switch.
I made the mistake on setting >Service searching > Tuner configuration > Tuner > Send DISEqC only on satellite change "yes" instead of "no".
So set voltage and 22KHz must be set to yes and Send DISEqC must be set to no.
