    The Ultimate 4K receiver is the Vu+ Ultimo 4K with its possibilities. Look at it like this, you will get a good few years out of this receiver so the outlay will be justified.

    you can still turn the volume up on the receiver with the remote, even when it is set to operate a TV, i really dislike that.

    I agree unless you require specialist features such as multicast.
    Also if VU+ can't find a way to implement HLG support with their existing tuners that might be a bummer going forward.

    If you live in a cable area get one with 1x sat and 2x cable/t2 tuners to future proof your viewing the sky could go dark soon over the UK
    All PM,s asking about c/s on cable will be ignored and reported to forum staff!
