    what did you delete? the epg.dat file or the whole crossepg folder as well?

    Menu>setup>system>epg>load/save/delete/delete epg

    that does not delete the live data. also you need to delete the crossepg folder - that is what is corrupted. There is an ipk file in post #9 - install and run it. it puts the box to sleep and deletes the relevant files if you dont know how to do it manually.

    I've found the apk file but how do I install and run it onto the receiver? Never came across this issue with any other receiver before

    The same way you install all other ipks.

    Transfer to /tmp
    Blue > Vix > Install local extension > Select/highlight the ipk > Green button
