    Question new to forum

    have been into satellite since early 1980s,and have had it all,cams,cards,decoders programers,now trying to work a mutant 1500 hd but i have screwed up ,new box,loaded vix,scanned 28 ok then tried loading auto update app,butafter the download box went to reboot.then its stuck on boot un plugging box and repowering goes straight to BOOT and no further,help what can i do to fix...

    You can try to reflash again via USB, it should then boot into the setup. There is no need to install or run any update app, that's not the way to update the receiver. Welcome to the forum.
