Evening all. I am trying to sort out a stb received today from WOS. Great service btw. I need to get back into the wizard as I seem to have skipped a stage? Can I access the wizard from the remote or do I carry out a reset? If a reset is required, will I lose the openvix download. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Why do you need to go back to the wizard? Everything can be set up from the menu.

As above, you do not need to go back to the wizard, you can change things in the menu. If you want to, perform a factory reset ( Factory reset = delete some user data)

will I lose the openvix download.

If you are asking if you will lose the image you flashed, the answer is: no you won't.

Thanks guys. It seemed to skip the tuner configure and go straight to internet connection. The set up A is saying not configured. It is also saying (menu) nothing connected for satellite. I have connected the dish at the receiver end but not sure if there is a problem with dish. I am sure it is my fault but may start again with wizard just to make sure. Thanks again.

Menu > Setup > Service Searching > Tuner configuration

Thanks Abu. I managed to auto scan and it picked up a few hundred channels but the epg is not populated with the channels. I will keep playing and thanks for the help. Appreciate it.

Use autoboquetmaker to scan your channels.
Use EPG menu to set your epg.

There are guides in the support menu.
