    Lost channels

    I have lost all my channels except FTA after a power cut.
    Have rebooted but remains the same
    Any ideas

    Have you restarted you cam? Blue button. Softcam manager.

    Thanks Ashley, I have tried restarting via the blue button, no change, I have Internet, all channels are on display but when activated they are blank

    Are you using a virgin media hub?
    Vix image (usually latest) - VU Solo 4K- WD 1TB INTERNAL HDD - DVB-T Freeview, trialling IPTV options

    Try putting the box into deep standby and then switch off at the back. Leave for about ten minutes and then restart. This has worked for me in the past when also suffering a power cut
