    Tuner B Issue not showing up

    Just received my Technomate TM-Nano-SE M2 PLUS Enigma 2 Linux HD PVR Combo 1x DVB-S/S2 1x DVB-C/T/T2 Receiver, but in config there is no sign of tuner B.

    Wondering has anyone experienced this, I'm running VIX which was preinstalled but no tuner b in config is there.

    Tuner looks seated correctly etc

    Hello are you running the latest VIX 4.2 (012)?
    If the tuner looks seated correctly, and it doesn't show up in Menu/Setup/Service Searching/Tuner Config i would try a fresh flash of VIX 4.2 (012) the driver install maybe corrupted.
    VU+ Ultimo 4K 3TB, 1x Twin DVBS-2 FBC / 1x DVB-C FBC/ 1x Twin DVB-T2.
    VU+ Solo4k 2TB, 2xFBC-S2, 2xC/T2, 1x Sundtek .
    1m Motorised Single LNB Dish, 60cm Fixed Octo LNB Dish.
    Samsung 65HU8500 with SEK-3500, Denon AVR-X2200W 5.1.2.
    Oppo UDP-203
    Panasonic 55VT50.
    Zidoo X9S
    Amazon Fire TV 4k & Amazon Fire TV (SPMC sideloaded).

    Vix installed is 4.2.011, will give the box a reflash and see if tuner b comes up.

    Yeah applied the new update 4.2.12 and no joy with the tuner.

    WOS have emailed me to send back the tuner & forward me a new one.

    Have an old DM800 to keep me going on cable - things could be worse eh?

    Just an update, WOS found out the issue wasn't the tuner - it was the way the tuner was seated.

    I have a photo of how it gets seated if anyone is ever stuck.

    It's not straight forward to be fair.
