    C tuner failing after new flash.

    Hi guys I recently just flashed my quad+ to the new build all was fine went to bed and next morning the c tuner failed it says check tuner configuration. Iv got epgs on auto timers iv also got a a power down timer. Iv double checked the cable and all connection but I still got get the c tuner to pick anything up. Any ideas what it could be I'm stumped?

    when you reflashed did you setup all the tuners from scratch?

    Yes I went through the setup wizard.

    do all tuners show a signal as in bad cable connection.?

    Tuners a-b are fine all signals great but tuner C nothing no signal at all iv changed the splitter iv tried a new cable run from splitter to box still no signal at all on tuner c.

    Reverted back to build 4.2.001 3 tuners connected A-B tuners are fine tuner C no signal net id set to Belfast 00021 scan using provider virgin media uk (6952) ran ABM an still nothing from tuner C.

    Anyway I could I tell if it's a faulty tuner? Or if it's packed in?

    You are using TOP input aren't you? What exactly are your tuner settings?

    You could test the tuner by setting it to DVB-T2, connecting to standard TV aerial and run a scan for terrestrial.

    I seem to recall someone having an issue after they added a skin. Have you added a skin or any other modification?

    Yes using cable in I havnt messed with the inputs as it was working until a few days ago. Il try terrestrial aerial here and see what happens.
