    Check tuner config gblue hdx3

Just purchased a gigablue hdx3 with 1 satellite and 1 cable tuner. Got the satellite side working but the cable side gives me no service available check tuner configuration. Have tried it a friends and same thing and have tried friends box at mine which works fine. The channels are greyed out . wires are all tight. Using openvix 4.2.001

Tuner config page looks like below IMG_20160910_130121.jpgIMG_20160910_130135.jpg

Have also tried 6952 as scan addition SR and on use device scan type have tried virgin media 6952 and cablebruteforce symbolrate 6887 and picks up channels but gives the error message

Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if posted in wrong section

Yes, same problem in this thread

I also have the same problem on my Solo 4k so it doesn't seem to be box specific, normal cable scan fails although an ABM scan works ok.

Just needs the team to pick it up now.
