Xtrend ET8500 v4.1.016 4x Sat tuners (Freesat)

Anybody any suggestions on this;
the EPG comes up ok, but I can’t timer record on some programs, (just tried Emmerdale on ITV, ITVHD & ITV+1) it looks like it’s gone through ok, but shows blank (no red or green circle), & I have a couple that I can’t delete the timer record, it looks like it’s deleted but still shows as on timer.
