Hi,

I would like to say thank you to WOS for the great service and assistance I received with my recent order. I ordered a Solo V2 SE DVB-C unit with intention of swapping the DVB-C tuner into my DUO2 and the spare DVB-S2 tuner into the Solo V2 SE. This is not possible as the Solo requires a later tuner (Blue PCB). I emailed WOS with my problem and they swapped my old tuner for the later type for the cost of the postage only.
