    Whats this icon please.. ?

    Hi folks..

    Please can anyone tewll me what this icon is please.. ??

    Its on my wee lads Galaxy Tab 3.. Was charged fully last night.. Took it off charge this morning.. and has not been used..

    All of a sudden the battery is down to 30%..

    The only different i can see if this icon flashing beside the wifi signal..

    Any help greatly appreicated..

    looks like the smart stay icon (Samsung specific thing that tracks when you are looking at the screen - so it doesn't turn off)

    If facebook messenger is installed try removing it - it seems to be a battery sapper lately. I was having to charge twice a day - now I'm back to 2 days standby with it removed.

    I prefer it to be on. I hate for my screen to time out when i am ona long read.
