    Script to generate cables.xml

This is Lraizer's script to obtain the values to be used in cables.xml

The script uses DVBsnoop. To install dvbsnoop, paste following line in console mode of your receiver.
Putty, DCC, or telnet console in windows

    Code:
        opkg install dvbsnoop
Transfer the extracted script to /tmp directory
Change file properties to 755. Right click, properties/chmod

Ensure that you are on an active Cable channel.

Paste following lines one by one

    Code:
        cd /tmp/
    Code:
        ./nit_scan_cable.sh
A cables.txt file will then be created for you in the /tmp directory.
The values can be added to your cables.xml file.
