    VU+ duo2 DBV-T2 not working.

    Hi.

    I have a DVB-S2 and a DBV-T that I replaced with a dual hybrid C/T/T2 NIM(TT3L10).
    Receiver A: Vuplus DVB-S NIM(AVL6211) (DVB-S2)
    Receiver B: Vuplus DVB-T NIM(TT3L10) (DVB-T2) set to Scandinavia (Europe DVB-T/T2)
    Receiver C: Vuplus DVB-T NIM(TT3L10) (DVB-T2) set to Scandinavia (Europe DVB-T/T2)
    And I live in Scandinavia.

In the automatic scan menu only 2 entrys showes up, DVB-S2 and and only one DVB-T2.

If I scan DVB-T2 no DVB-T2 programs is found, only DVB-T.
Then, if I do a manual scan of a channel or frequency that I know is DVB-T2 he cant find any.

Anyone that have a solution to this.
If it is a VIX problem or a VU+ problem.

    OE system: OE-Alliance 3.4

    Firmware version: 4.1.004
    Version av drivrutinerna: 20151201
    Kernel version: 3.13.5
    Gui version: 2016-04-23

In which Scandinavian country? You maybe better check from /etc/tuxbox/terrestrial.xml/Scandinavia (Europe DVB-T/T2) if those frequencies and bandwidths are suitable for your area.

    Hi.

The vu+ finds all the DVB-T channels, not T2 and I know that T2 exists.

    what provider are you scanning?

Can you try manually scanning the frequencies you know to have T2.

But do you know where the T2 broadcasts are? In UHF or VHF area? I know for experience that some people try to use Scandinavian tuner setting in Finland. That doesn`t work since DNA in Finland is broadcasting T2 channels in VHF-area using 7 MHz bandwidth. In Scandinavia tuner-setting bandwidth is 8 MHz.
So instead in Finland the tuner-setting should be: Europe,Middle East, Africa DVB-T-Frequencies.
Should be very easy to check if you know what frequencies and bandwidths your operator is using.
You didn`t tell your country, but anyway by checking your operators frequencies and bandwidths just compare those in /etc/tuxbox/terrestrial.xml.

    Hi.
    I live in Sweden.

This is the frequency that the VU+ can´t find.
    From the operator in Nassjo.
    Kanal 25 Frekvens 506 MHz
SVT2 HD Jönköping, TV4 HD Nässjö, Animal Planet HD, SVT1 HD Jönköping, Kanal 5 HD och TV3 HD JÖNKÖPING

And here is some entrys from tuxbox.
    <transponder centre_frequency="490000000" bandwidth="0" constellation="3"/> This one the VU+ finds.
    <transponder centre_frequency="506000000" bandwidth="0" constellation="3"/> But not this one.

    Tested with BH, no luck.
    Tested with
    System OE: OE 2.0
    Distro: official
    Firmware version: Experimental 2016-04-29.
    Driver date: 3.13.5-20151201.r0
    Kernel version: 3.13.5
    Gui version: 2016-04-26-vuplus_experimental
    No luck.

So it seams that VU+ have some work to do.
Have another terrestial box that can take HD but not T2 and it gives exatly the same result as with the VU+.
The channels around 506000Mhz (that works) has a SNR of 99% and the AGC has also 99% in the VU+ but the 506000Mhz is 0 (zero) on both.
    Driver problem with NIM(TT3L10)?
