    Backup Manager

    Hi Peeps
    Does anyone know if it is possible to use the backup from one enigma2 box and use it on another different box.
    I have a TM twin and a edision type box's and family members with other types. ( all are running open vix 3.2.37. )
    I just thought it would be easier to set up one then do backup to usb then transfer to other box's then just FTP personal info
    any advise appreciated.

    The backup file will be located on the media device you have setup. So if a hdd just ftp to your receiver and located on the hdd will be a backup folder and inside that folder will be a zip file of your backup. Just transfer that from one box to the other.

    Settings backup will work on all boxes. Plugins will only work on the same kernel.
