You have done everything correctly. The picon pack needs editing. There are 231 picons for 42e in that upload, only 10 have valid service references. The maintainer will be better off moving to SNPicons.

They are only 70x53, so not sure you want to spend any time on them.

Service Named picons are where the picons use the channel names instead of service refernces. Thi smeans you dont have to worry aout service refrence changes

    Here is the thread
    http://www.world-of-satellite.com/sh...e-Named-Picons

Do those picons come in a larger size?

Hi, I have a VU+ Solo SE on openvix, I am running the Blue HD SKin. I've tried to install picons from the box itself as the video shows on openvix it looks so simple. Go to Plugins select picons and select the transparent black and white one. However when I go to select the picon it doesnt give me that option only a load more files with the same name but just a different number at the end. I've tried a couple of the and cant get them to work. I've got an external hard drive (which is connected to the box and used as the man hard drive) and a flash pen too which I dont use and only used once to reflash. Do I need to set the picons up via downlaoding to the flash pen and then installing it or can i do it by the box at all? or alternatively using Fliezilla? Do i need to put an empty folder on my hard drive called picons before installing from the box?

Sorry for all the questions. I'm just trying to find the easiest way and I am new to this.

Uninstall picons, unplug all usb, install picons from feeds, this will make sure they are installing to internal flash, now plug usb back in, you may need to reboot to get it to mount again.
