    No Sound on BBC Red Button

    Hopefully this is the correct place for this post. I missed the rugby highlights program so I started BBC Red Button where the pictures came through fine but no sound. Any ideas? Regards

    Hi,
    I do not get BBC but it might have something to do with Downmix so activate it for AAC and perhaps AC3.

    Hi Trial I've just tried again Freesat BBc Red Button and now there is sound without having changed any settings. A mystery but still a happy outcome. I have rebooted the box but not sure if that made any difference. Thanks again and hopefully I haven't wasted your time. Regards
