Exclamation problem with strong srt 4610

after moving in iwanted to install the dish .
i set the dish orientation for hotbird then i searched for channels and surprisingly it found only 16 channels
and their frequency was around 11800 and their signal quality was about 70%
and then i used another lnb and it found nothing
now i want to know if the problem is from lnb or receiver or focal length
if the focal length adjustment is corrupted how i should adjust it because i performed factory reset
and it didnt find more than the previous 16 channels

When aligning, I prefer to load a channel list and checking if the chanenls are being received instead of scanning without knowing what satellite you are pointing at.
