Remote channel stream converter - not zapping

I've set RCSC on my Solo2 to use the Zero tuner. I've done this as we're often recording two channels and wanting to watch a third.

Set-up is fine and I can watch channels on the S2 using the Zero tuner....but only channels that the Zero is set to. For example if the Zero is set to BBC1 I can watch this channel via RCSC on the Solo2....I'd guess I can watch any channels on the same transponder but I'm not 100% sure.

As soon as I change the Channel via RCSC I get error "No data on transponder (Timeout reading PAT)"

It's like the Zero isn't receiving the command to change channel from the Solo2. Any advise?

Hope this is clear. Both receivers on the latest FW.

    Thanks everyone.

Is the Zero in standby? Otherwise the tuner is tied up with a program channel.
Normally you would have at least 2 tuners, one in use and one available for RCSC when the receiver is active.

No the Zero is on.....on BBC1....which is the only channel I can watch using RCSC via the S2.

It seems like RCSC can't change the channel on the Zero....no idea why!

    Thx
