I run a solo2 with a usb cable tuner and there is just something about it, fast, reliable, looks cool, infact if I could only keep my solo2 or my duo2 I might just choose the solo2.

    Hello guys,

    Can someone please help?

I have a Vu+ Duo2 "genuine box", which was working on Vix.

I tried to install the new black hole image and now nothing happens on the box apart from a blue light on the front. Nothing else, even on the TV either.

I've tried to flash it using different usb and different images but nothing shows apart from the tiny little blue light on the box.

    Please help

Not a chance. Vu+ universal remote pisses all over Xtrends.

I prefer the Vu+ Solo2 over the Xtrends. Quality receiver and a remote to die for.

My ET1000 remote has that soft plastic (velvet) finish which, on other equipment with the same finish, goes very sticky after a few years. As remotes go I give it 5 out of 10.
    Xtrend ET10K, 2 x satellite tuners 28.2 (Sky FTA), 2 x hybrid (UK Freeview), Zgemma H9S (satellite)
