recording problem

recording on my box was working fine letting me watch one channel while recording another until tonight
i went to record a channel whils watching football all the box did was swap to the channel i was recording when it started
when i tried to go back to watch football i got a message saying no tuner available
any help would be appreciated

That receiver is not supported here. You are welcome to ask for support for receivers that are supported here.

It appears that your box isn't using the twin tuners if you only have one feed cable you can only record when your not in or else you have to have another way terrestrial aerial to view another channel.
