Dish might need a slight nudge or something blocking eye of sight on dish?
What levels are you getting in Menu -> Setup -> Service searching -> Sat finder when tuned to those channels?

I have a similar problem on LFCTV using a vu duo+ with cam 2.3.0, whilst when I use a basic openbox I don't get this problem, having first pointed my finger at the web connection I suspect it's the cam

If you're using a web connection for your sub, suspect that might be it.
