New picons not getting picked up

    Hi All

    Solo 2 with Hades 18.

I’ve been using MK's picons for a while now from internal hard drive, I just FTP any changes over and they get picked up fine.

Downloaded and FTP'd over the new picons for Setanta HD but there not being picked up, It might be a coincidence but I recently did a clean install but left the picons on the HDD.

I have "print Channel Numbers" set to yes and "symlink Ord'Picons" Picon link/folder location is /media/hdd/picon

All other picons work fine it’s just the recently added ones.

    Any ideas?

The HDD is never a good idea to store Picons. USB or Flash (if you have space) is the best location.

I appreciate that but its never be a issue before, its as if the script isn't running to convert them?

I use timeshift so harddrive is always up and running.

You are using ordinary/conventional picons based on the description above. The way AB 28.2 did it was rename according to "EPG/channel ID". As there are several version of each channel with unique ID, you have to ensure that you have all them.

Using SNPs means you can do it by name instead of ID.
