    Hi - I've got the HD pack but none of these channels are clearing for me - what magic are you guys using??

    You should not be using HD either. There are three varieties: HD, SD and Custom.

    What version of Vix are you using?
    Vix image (usually latest) - VU Solo 4K- WD 1TB INTERNAL HDD - DVB-T Freeview, trialling IPTV options

    Hi Andy, I'm in Central West Mids so using that area when I flick through the choices.
    I don't see the option for custom region.
    I have got it sorted now though thanks for your help.

    If you are on latest Hades, you defo have CustomRegion option. It is the best option to go with, rids of all the unwanted non working HD channels, nice n tidy!!

    Found the custom region after flicking through everything SD, HD etc. Thanks guys. I was looking at freesat instead of sky uk lol
