help please with windows blocking my dreambox control centre ?

I was starting to use dreambox control centre ,and when I pressed ftp windows came up saying it was blocking it.So there was nothing down the left hand column were etc usr var,it is blank
and Kaspersky Internet Security came up with blocking it as well, all settings like This Computer and Dreambox and Router.The box I have is a vu+duo2 ,I hope some one can help me with it please.

Sorry about this,all the settings for This Computer, and Dreambox, and Router, are all in and a green bar to all showing its all connected ok.
