'No program found!' error when setting up Openbox V8S?

Hello all, this is my first post, so please be gentle... ;-)

When trying to set up Openbox V8S, I cannot see any channels. I can see a list of satellites, with the Sky UK 28A ticked. however when I search, it fails on every channel.

I am sure it is something simple, we are remote/rural so no other dishes to compare, but I have used Dishpointer so am confident I am pointing in the right direction.

Does anyone have any ideas, please?

    TIA

I think it has a channel list, I can use the remote to go through channels from BBC1 at 001, onwards... but they are all blank, No signal....

you can check if it has channel list by going to setup. cant remember exactly how to go about this on these boxes. most likely if you bought this in the region in £40 to £50, it wont have channel list. unless stated by the seller. google channel list for your model tones of lists around. are you using to sat feeds or one? if one try swopping around
