    Non response to email

    I have emailed WOS support regarding a replacement remote for my technomate nano 2 super. I need a remote sent out asap. I have bought many boxes from the shop and this is the first time I have actually requested a replacement part..

    I feel it should have been handled much quicker...

    Ring them. Emails can get junked by spam filters etc.
