flashing this box query

have reflashed many boxes of vu,but wonder if this differs,have downloaded and extracted file to formatted fat 32 usb,unplugged box and removed all usb and inserted integral usb and power on box usb flashes as its loading but box still starts up on 147 so not loaded,retried second usb port same issue,any buttons need pressing on startup? cannot find a tm tut by pheonix yet cheers folks.

strange one used my vu flashing stick 8gb integral and not worked 5 times lol,used my kingston 8gb micro and saw it straight awayso action tonight
