It was planned for 138 but there have been a couple of builds to rectify unforeseen other bugs, so who can say 100%

It will be in soon, we're not going to pre-install the plugin into the builds like others have done, we want it to be an optional plugin via plugin feeds.

no it's because it has been developed by Vu+ for only those receivers, and there is nothing we can do about it.

There is a kodidirect plugin generally available now.
Presumably your reference to "Kodi plugin" is something else?

Yes it will be in the extensions sub directory in the plugin feeds, under the name XBMC or XBMC Launcher. we have it working as a standalone plugin in our development image and have made a few extra tweaks for the public release version which is being rebuilt now, but it is still only for those receivers Vu+ have released it for as it needs full OpenGL support and most receivers dont have the hardware for it.

    Hi,

I've just installed the new XBMC pulugin in build 142 on a VU+ Solo2. It installed a load of stuff and I've got the XBMC Launcher icon appeared in my installed Plugins list, butr when I click on it, the screen goes blank for a second and then back to the pluigins list.

Am I supposed to install something else as well ?

    Cheers

No. All the dependencies should be installed with the initial plugin. Try rebooting the receiver and see if that sorts it.
