    Mount Windows Server Shared Folder

    Hello All,

Please forgive me, I am new here and have only just got my vu+ duo.

I have everything working well except I would like to get my duo to connect to a shared folder on my Windows 2008 Server where I keep all my video files.

I have tried mounting a drive, but for some reason it doesn't work.

I have also tried going to the network browser. My server shows up, but when I expand it (and put in a password) no shared folders show up.

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

    Any comments would be appreciated.

    thanks!!

Have you allowed guest access to the shared folders? What type of share does it give out? cifs? Sorry, have no knowledge of cifs shares, but hopefully the access on the server will solve it. If not, a little bump for your thread
