Another idea/check. In the first reply it showed you the scan parameters for 6952.

Did you try the other option which is 6887 - then do the complete scan.

I suspect you already tried this, but just in case.

Try connecting the tuner to your aerial and set to DVB-T2, set your area or European frequencies.. Run a manual scan. Menu > Setup > Service Searching > Manual Scan > Set 'Type of Scan' to Complete. Network search to 'Yes'.

Connected to normal aerial and found 135 channels so I guess that means the tuner is working!!

i had same issue on miraclebox, my area net id was not listed in abm, i used bruteforce option and it took 15 minutes to scan 410 channels and they work fine,
also make sure you have right soft cam plugin ticked and enabled. Only the channels are in no order.

Would you mind describing the bruteforce option? I've been sitting on my TM Nano SE Combo since I purchased it because I cannot get it to tune into any channels. I have used what I thought to be the correct Net ID and still nothing. I've kinda been dreading raising a new post to request help, however any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Why are you dreading it? If you have a non functioning box that can't be fixed/found by using the search option, open a new thread with as much detail on the box used, image used, build used & issue you have.
The more info you provide, the better.
Also, easier for others to point to a fix than guess possible issues.

i used brutre force option like this
tuner setting > dvb-c > enter network id (Mine is 41047) and provider to scan virgmedia 6952. Then do the scan, be patient as it takes 25 minutes appx.
