    Question How do I add an IPTV channel to my Vu+ Solo2 Box?

    I have a Vu+ Solo2 running on OpenVix and would like to add IPTV to it. I have a http link which I want to be able to access through the Vu+ box on my channel list. I have read other forums and guides suggesting I should use TS Media in Plugins but I have no idea how to use it so could someone please let me know another way of how to do it and explain it to me in the most simplest way possible (IPTV for dummies sort of way haha).

    Just download TSmedia = menu, plugins, extensions, and scroll through until you find TSmedia, download it and then when it's installed, reboot and then you'll find it listed in your Menu. Go to the program and you'll have to update it to the new
    version 6.9

    It's got a lot more than just IPTV, you can watch films, tv series and you tube with this program and it works really well.

    Hi,
    IPTV on an E2 box is not so simple. If you have a link that fits I think DreamBox-Edit can bring it into your bouquets. The problem is that not every stream you find in the internet is (directly) suitable for E2.

    I would appreciate it if someone could tell me step by step how to add a link to the bouquets. I can not use TS Media so I need another way. If links are hit and miss thats fine but I don't know to paste this link.

    I have TS Media and I know how to use it for everything else, but can you explain step by step how to add a IP channel to the bouquets using TS Media?

    When I used TS Media I created a m3u file for which ever IPTV stream you wanted and transferred it to 'User Streams' vie DCC. Most of them worked, some didnt.

    Not sure if this helps anyone but there is a plugin called Ruya which iptv payservers are using for Iptv. I'm not promoting these servers not using them, but they use iptv streams so there must be a way for you guys to config your own.
    Vix image (usually latest) - VU Solo 4K- WD 1TB INTERNAL HDD - DVB-T Freeview, trialling IPTV options

    I use bouquets like this:

    #NAME IPTV

    Actual links look like:
    http://123.123.123.123:1234/udp/321....21:1234:Chanel 1
    http://123.123.123.123:1234/udp/321....20:1234:Chanel 2
    http://123.123.123.123:1234/udp/321....22:1234:Chanel 3

    Check your links and replace ":" to "%3a"

    I use these bouquets few years. Unfortunately latest Vix images have problems with IPTV recording (not testes latest Apollo 115)
    I use Apollo 023 - perfect show and records IPTV from bouquets, all images from 024 perfect show, but have problems with recording.
    Later test latest Apollo 115.

    I watch HTTP streams:

    http:/ /address: port/udp/address: port: Channel name
    bouquet look like:
    http%3a//address%3aport/udp/address%3aport: Channel name

    Watch RTMP streams:

    rtmp://address/iptv/104?key=password:Channel name
    Bouquet look like:
    rtmp%3a//address/iptv/104?key=password:Channel name

    Just replace ':' to '%3a' in your links (if in your link end is channel name like :BBC then leave :BBC, not change to %3aBBC )
