Sky uk 28.2 east NEW CHANNELS

in order to reduce the many many threads that pop up every time sky do a frequency change etc i have decided to make this thread as i do have it running quite well on a number of other forums.

basically it goes like this. any time there any changes to 28.2 are posted on KOS i or someone else can post those changes here.
note though to others please keep comments and questions out of this thread it is only for updates thanks.
