Worked this out myself using following command in telnet

ps -ef | grep transmission

Returned
Username: root
Password: root

Hi all, I installed via plug in get the following message

The installation is successful.
Then, when I select the option "start transmission-daemon" I get this message:

Transmission Started!
Open your browser at http://192.168.7.2:9091
Execution terminated!

If I go with the browser of my PC to the indicated page does not open anything.
What do you think went wrong?

try to start via telnet and post ouput here. Perhaps only a configuration file is missing.

Transmittion is known to give out the incorrect IP on that screen. Just goto whatever your Webif ip is and add :9091
EG> My webif address is http://192.168.0.13, so to get to transmission it would be http://192.168.0.13:9091
Try the address http://192.168.0.2:9091

Thanks that was the problem, not so great with telnet. Transmission is Great and so are you lot

Transmission started to give me this Error:Unable to save resume file: No space left on device.

I know the default location has lots of space. Is this something to do with root permissions to the resume location? If so I do not know how to change these.

Any help much appreciated
