Spiderbox Installed on a Sky Italia Dish

I'm trying to install a Spiderbox 9000 to run from a Sky+ Italia Dish - I'm also 900 miles away!!! So have a relative in control who knows less than me.

Do they use a different LNB on a dish which up until a couple of months ago had a Sky+ receiver? i've read about scr lnbs - do I need to change the settings from Universal LNB to something else?

    Thanks!

LNB does the same job regardless, maybe the dish has moved ?

I think it may be to do with unicable 1, 2, 3 and 4, I think the scr lnb is capable of running 4 receivers through one cable. Changing the settings from Universal to the above and I lose picture on my Universal LNB - I'm hoping the opposite will solve the problem.

Problem solved, it needed changing to one of the unifiable settings.
