Have you tried the support section/downloads on the Gigablue website? I'm not sure whether the policy on links extends to the manufacturer's website, but here is the link for the manual (manuel) for the remote for the quad plus in English and German:

I have the original RCU where, below the power button, on the second line, instead of Gigablue, TV, LCD the buttons are "F1, F2, F3, F4". I wonder if is possible to use them to control at least the tv.
I tried with a procedure found in the new manual but I had no success.

Scratch that - I found it!

Turn TV on, then press and hold TV button and OK button for 5 seconds, the keep pressing up button (above OK) till TV turns itself off. Press OK again and you're good to go

I did this procedure in the past but my RCU has only 4 buttons with F1,F2,F3 and F4 apparently not set yet for any action and this is not working for me.
But I sent a message to Impex-Sat to get support and I will keep you informed.
