username and password

hi, im trying to upload Mr. minsters bouquets to my tm800 hd, but when i try to ftp them it connects but then says username or password is wrong. i was wondering how i could find out my password or username if they arnt the default root and dreambox

Unless you have set up a password for your box you need to put
Username..... Root
Password leave blank or put the password you have set up

hi boxer, i have tried root with no password and with the default dreambox but that hasnt worked, how would i change the password ?

woo fixed the problem just deleted the password and it connected, thanks for all the help

btw, everytime I connect to my Gigablue Quad now I have to fill in login and password, why is that?

I didn't have to do this before.
How can I change that again?
