    port forwarding not working on the virgin media super hub 2

    hello

    is any one having an issue with port forwarding on the new superhub 2

    im trying to stream from my vu+ uno (build 721) whilst away from home to my phone using the vu+ app but for some reason it will not connect to the uno

    i just got my new superhub 2 yesterday and before that i used the superhub 1 with no problems using the vu+ app port forwarding was working fine up until i changed to the superhub2

    i have also made sure i have all the right settings on both my router and my uno,again all did work fine with my old superhub

    just wondering if anyone else has had this issuewith the new superhub2 and maybe knows of a fix because i really hate having to phone virginmedia lol

    problem solved,i had to refresh my new superhub ip to my no-ip DNS account
