Unable to Install Plugins.

I have a TM2T with VIX build 649 and if I try to download a plugin I get a 'cannot allocate memory' and 'failed to unpack control files' message.
This happens on any plugin I try to download from feeds.

Any ideas please?

Can you telnet into the box and issue:

df -h

then paste the results back here...

I will have to set up Telnet, I have not used that before.
