openvixhd-Apollo.080-gbquad_usb .zip
protection and werbezapa impossible to find and I would like in this beautiful old Imig I do.
Thats why then, this skin is not currently compatible with the 1080 frame buffer in use in the OpenViX HD series images. The other plugins you quoted likely need to be skinned but as I dont know what they are I cant be certain they are even compatible with the image at all.

would it cause you any problems to remove the moviereference.py converters they are now included in E2?

I just updated to the latest openvix hd Apollo 090 on my solo 2. After a year or so. I see that matrix hd is not supported on this image. I have been using this for long time. So, now I wonder what exactly is the difference between openvix and openvix hd?

MetrixHD is 720p skin whereas OpenVixHD uses a resolution of 1080. Unfortunately every part of the skin would need recoding from the ground up, and now as a family man with two women demanding the TV the opportunity to do this is very limited.
At some point I would like to make a skin for OpenVIXHD perhaps a 'Lite' version of Metrix. In the meantime if someone wishes to takeover developing for 1080 I am happy to help them do so.

When you say OpenVixHD is 1080p I take it is just the skin and text on the skin which is 1080p? I really don't see any difference really apart from the text being too small to read. So, if I go back to latest OpenVix (not hd) will metrixHD skin be available on plugins?
So, as a continuation of the previous question apart from the skin being 1080p is there any difference between HD and non HD latest image builds? Also, is it possible to restore settings from an HD build to a non HD build?
Thanks

That's correct, it is just the skin and if you go back to the latest OpenVix non-HD Metrix HD is still in the plugin feeds.
My understanding is that it is only skin related changes. I know Rossi advised not to restore settings when going from non-HD build to HD, but not sure if it would work the other way. Personally if you're backed up I would try it and if it doesn't work you have the option to go back to the HD build. I expect it will be fine and heard a rumour the the HD & non-HD builds are to be combined shortly anywaySo, as a continuation of the previous question apart from the skin being 1080p is there any difference between HD and non HD latest image builds?
