Going Wireless

Hi everyone. I have a Cisco wireless router but Im looking for a wireless adaptor for the pc so I dont have the eyesore of Enternet cable running along the wall. Whats the best at a cheap price. I have only 6mbit broadband here in Ireland so speed wont be reached on the ones for 150mbs

Bear in mind that 150mbps won't actually be that great
I've just done the opposite gone from 11n (300mbps) to cable (100mbps) and it is way faster
When transfering a file it would move at approx 3MB/s with 11n yet it does 10-12MB/s on 100mbps cable.
PING has also been reduced with cable.
