    how do i convert my recorded files?

    hi all im new to all this i have just been recording from my tm-5402hd box onto usb flash drive but the only place i can watch the recorded programme is on my tm5402 can the files be converted so i can view from pc or other devices. any advice would be welcomed ty

    as far as i can see it just says ifo file
