    spider 9900 hd f100 fault

    hi all, need help !! i managed to flash my 9900 after the dreaded f100 appeared and got a picture back. but, i cant find in the menu were to enter my provider details?!?!? can only view FTA channels. have i installed the wrong patch? can anyone help please?
    new and green so make it simple for me

    Go to network menu option and without going into it and type 1111.

    thanks for that. 1111 wont bring up the menu. could i have loaded the wrong software? box comes on but only FTA

    well thats because you haven`t finished configuring the box, it is a free to air box, but it needs a service file for it to show cryptic channels ??
    What else can i say !!.....

    google is your friend m8...you`ll need a cam file, and a CCam.cfg file with a service file within it !!!
    What else can i say !!.....

    morning all. right ive been hit with the dreaded f100 on my spiderbox 9900hd. i have downloaded tool and it says connected but when i choose the file nothing happens. is this the end of my spiderbox or am i doing something wrong
