I normally prefer to keep a low profile and pass unnoticed. That's just typical of my shy retiring manner.
Maybe I noticed the name cos that mafia thing always pops into my head when I see it

It seems only VIPs get to edit their posts.

That seems a really sad thing to aim for!!

I agree on this. editing is good to have and sometimes really essential.
don't know about this forum Sic but, on some forums the edit functionality can set with a timer from the original post and not edited ones.ie if you made a post you can edit it for 30 minutes even if you edit once at the 29th min then u still have 1 minute left.
Guess you might know this as you are on each and every forum i visit

I thought this was going to be a 'Dummies Guide'. I keep reading but aint getting any cleverer. Still in frustrated mode. Got to wait till May now.
Will be sleeping over the holiday most of the time. Can't keep playing with the same old toys. Need a new one.

Dummies Guide. I've been looking everywhere for something like this. I've got a Vu+ Duo with Vix installed. Everything works fine, but I suspect I am not touching the surface of what I can do with it. I have downloaded some plugins and some are working. However, there are some I've downloaded that just don't appear anywhere. I suspect there is something fundamental I haven't discovered yet and would love some form of guide: "All the stuff you can do with your Vu+ Duo ... or at least here's a sample of plugin and software add-in tutorials (with screen shots) to give you some idea as to what can be done."[/SIZE]

The problem with a dummies guide is its time consuming and the images do routinely change and the "dummies" soon enough become experts.

Don't be scared mate as its quite hard to totally ballsed up the box. Anything your unsure of, do forum search and if you cant find the answer start a new thread with your question (in the right section)
