Not sure if I have the same issue, but for some reason the logo appears randomly (maybe every 15 minutes or so) for about ten seconds then goes away. Tried a reboot but still it appears. Any ideas what's causing this as it is quite distracting.

Long press green and check if you have autotimer poll turned on and what lenght, make it about 900 and it should check only every 12 hours.

also, maybe you have picons installed on local hdd, and it's actually showing every time you change channel?! If that's the case, move picons to usb drive...

I think that was it,I had it set to poll every 30 minutes..and I guess that was about how frequent I was seeing the logo. Thanks again.

Luckily I store them on a USB drive so hopefully it is the polling issue mentioned above, cheers though.

This is becoming frustrating, just watched the football and can see the logo is coming up every 5 minutes...spinning for about 5 seconds then going off. I have tried disabling the auto timer poll but it makes no difference. Any further ideas what this could be?

I'm getting this spinning happening quite a bit at the moment as well. Seems to be getting more and more frequent, it is rather annoying.

Well I decided to start all over again and reflashed vix 2.2.1, did the online update and installed only two plugins.

Unbelievably it's still happening, every 5 minutes like clockwork.

Not a solution, but a way to get rid of this is to disable the option in the custom menu to show the logo when busy. This at least allows me to watch things without the logo popping up all the time.

I've got my fingers crossed Vix 2.3 will solve this.
