Thanks, brilliant picons! Would love if you could fix the following:

* Same design for NRK 1, 2 and 3 (HD) 0.8w (looks like the picon is moving in channel list because text/image is in different position for all three).
* Redesign TV2 Sport 1-5 (SD) 4.8e with new logo and also for these same design.
* Typo in picon for Viasat Fotball 4.8e, it says Viasat Fotboll which is for the swedish channel :P
* TV2 HD 0.8w is wrong picon, it's for Danish TV2.
* And last thing: would like a nice picon for channels without picon, like a picon that says "no icon" or something similar...
