Astra 3 - no reception 11739V, 11856V

Hello. I'm hoping that someone might be able to shed some light on why I can't receive either transponders on Astra 3. I'm able to receive other Astra 3 transponders sending Canal Digitaal HD channels, just not these 2.

Any ideas would be great to help me solve this mystery.

Is this a recent thing, might be worth updating your satellelite.XML and seeing if that fixs it.

Thanks for the idea, but just tried without luck. No it's not a recent thing, been this way since the start. Have also tried with different LNBs.
