No Signal

My solo sometime while changing channels leaves contact with Diseq switch to bring the signal back I 've to restart it.m using Black Hole image.one of my friend says its software problem just change it it will be ok.Some expert opinion is requested.

Possibly an image problem. One way to find out is to do a backup of your image & setting then try loading the latest VIX image to see how that goes. If everything is fine then you should know for sure.

Thanx dear thr was problem wid LNB cable noe its ok.But M facing another problem dat is ch editing.I instl Dreambox edit latest version but once I upload d ch list it remains thr 4 some time once I reboot it old list appears again.plz help some 1
